    The TAC-ELINT POD boasting of the excellent detection capability is mounted to the KF-16 fighter so that the radar and the electronic information can be detected correctly in any radio wave environment. Moreover, the precise position detection is possible so that the major information such as the location coordinate of the enemy is transmitted to the data analysis post (processing equipment on the surface) in real time. The threat information transmitted to the surface becomes the information needed for the operation of the ally by sharing the information with another system such as the air force command and control network through the additional analysis.
