    The gunner’s primary sight is the key shooting control tank equipment to correctly observe the target for the correct hitting of the tank shell in the day and night combat situation. For the improvement of the K1E1 gunner’s primary sight, the stabilization performance is secured through the application of the high precision stabilized part to optimize the military requirements and the system requirements and to improve the combat capability, and the image picture quality is improved greatly by applying the 2D array thermal detector and the high resolution TV camera. The faster enemy target detection and the correct aimed shot performance are possible in the chaotic combat environment accordingly.

    In case of being under the surprise enemy attack, the target position is received from the EOTS (Electro-Optical Tracking System) mounted to the wheel type antiaircraft gun with the target detected and captured to engage in the battle with the antiaircraft gun system. In case of the limited linkage with the external air defense system, the mission completeness is enhanced with the automatic target search and track function in the fixed section or in all directions.

    The self-propelled gun shooting control system is the control system supporting the fast and correct shooting. The activities on acquiring the information on the navigation device control, position, and attitude, acquiring the shooting information, doing the shot based on data, applying the shooting data in real time, doing the wired and wireless communication with the Fire Direction Center (FDC), displaying the information on various guns, managing the data on the ammunition status, the target information, etc., and interfacing with the operator in real time are done.
